The high-tech elevators in the 120 Kearney building are pass card protected and you will not be able to call one on your own.  Tell the guard desk that you are attending a BRMA meeting on the 30th floor hosted by Cushman & Wakefield and they will call an elevator to that floor and tell you which elevator to enter.
