{becssg_c}0|lotta's fountain.jpg| |Shortly after the 1906 earthquake, San Francisco residents would gather at Lotta's Fountain on Market Street. Michael Helmantoler attended the April 18, 5:00 A.M. ceremony held at Lotta's Fountain and reported that the experience was quite impressive and inspiring. Hopefully the week long activities will motivate us all to do all we can to be prepared for the next major quake.{/becssg_c}
